The Year 5 and 6 Athletics team represented Flyde in the Lancashire Athletics Competition. The standard of the athletes was fantastic and Newton Bluecoat held their own, competing with determination, resilience and fantastic sportsmanship. Overall, they finished sixth place out of the 15 boroughs, which means 6th out of 482 Lancashire Primary Schools.
